Spyware report test

Many users have troubles using the spyware report due to
the proxy settings, I test my machine to see if I have the
same problem. But after I fill the form, and try to send
it, the hour glass come out and never finish the operation.
(I let more than 30 minutes waiting to finish)

I hope Beta 2 have this problem fix.

I've seen this behavior when the IE proxy settings are set to a proxy, and
that proxy either doesn't exist or is incorrectly described or configured.
