MS Antiapyware Bugs and Problems

Since it is imposible to report the problems through the
Spyware reporting tool. I crashes down always. This are
the preblems.

I have 3 bugs with this program and 2 problems to report:

Bug 1. It is not possible to insert a blank line to
separate paragraph here. Everytime I use the Return key,
the report was created. So I had to either insert lot of
spaces or use another program (Notepad) to write this
report (since it's stupid to keep pressing the space key).

Bug 2. Well, after pressing the Return Key and snce I
didn't want to "create the report", I tried to cancel
it's creation by clicking on the X (upper right corner on
the window). Result: the program crashed and everything
written was lost.

Bug 3. After trying to write the report again, I
accidentally pressed the Return key again. This time I
wait to the report to finish. But three more things:
a) There should be a way to visualize what I am sending
to you.
b) There should be a way to edit what I have written.
c) It should work, I tried to send the report (even
though, it was not finished), but a new bug appeared. It
said that I should check my conection or something like
that related to the proxy settings. I am not behind any
proxy. This is the first time this problem appears.
That's why I suppose this is another bug.

Problem 1: Everytime I turn on the computer 2 or 3 hidden
instances (processes) of IEXPLORER.EXE are atarted. I can
only view and almost kill ("end process") with the Task
Manager. But there's always one process that reappear one
second after ending it. Not matters how many times I kill
it, it always reappears.

Problem 2: The spyware alerts and let me block a change
in Internet Explorer URL for Search Bar. But a second one
is not prompted and allowed "Internet Explorer URL for
Search Bar has been allowed to be changed from
http://www.ijrclegzeocdcohlarme.com/xHJUYOOstW_tCvMLRug3St
eYtY5MUi898P2WWfNGC7K4OW8JyDXHq/_TQx7VpoCL.html to
http://www.aiyapqlbsbia.com/xHJUYOOstW_tCvMLRug3SteYtY5MUi
898P2WWfNGC7J_/xfMcGaI3v_TQx7VpoCL.html. This URL is in
the user's allowed Internet Explorer URL list."

Problem is that that URL is NOT in any allowed URL list.
In fact, I have not intentionally created that list.
Well, you'll see in the Agents Event logs that "that
list" is "dinamically changing"???? So there's a problem.

The effects:

a) My browser is being redirected when the web page I
want to go is mistyped or takes to much time to load.

b) While using iexplorer, popupwindows sometimes appear
(gambling advertisement) or a new pae (always Adult-
finder).

Hopefully you'll find a solution and the next update of
Spyware will help me deal with them.

Eduardo--I'm sorry that the Suspected Spyware Report doesn't work for you.
I don't know a workaround for this bug, I'm afraid.

I would recommend, for your basic issues, that you restart in safe mode, by
pressing the F8 function key before the initial Windows screen appears, and
do a full, deep scan with Microsoft Antispyware, and your antivirus.

If this doesn't clear these issues for you, I'd recommend looking for
messages from Ron Kinner in the .announcements group, and following his
instructions.
