Spyware report failure

Whenever I try to send a Spyware report to SpyNet, I get
this error:

"An error occurred submitting the scan results. Please
check you Internet proxy settings and try again."

I really don't think that I have a proxy server on my
internet connection. I still don't know how to solve this
problem. Help would be appreciated.

Open Internet Explorer, click File and ensure that Work
Offline is not checked.
