spyware office settings

In Office the page size settings have changed and the only choice is custom
size.
How do I restore other settings?
I have run detect and repair and reinstall/repair office.
Can this be caused by spyware?

The default printer is laser jet 6 P and we are using word 2000.

reply since I have never done this before.
