Spyware, maybe?

I have run Spysweeper, Adaware, and Spybot and a website
named Casinonav.com keeps popping up when my computer sits
idle for a small amount of time. I connect to the
internet via cable modem. Whatever this is has slowed my
computer down tremendously. Please help! I'm at my wits
end. I have read several posts here trying to figure out
how to get rid of this but so far, nothing has worked!

Yes. Adaware says there are no new updates. I usually
check for updates each time I run it. I'm not sure what
else to do.
