You've got a bug in place which has modified the permissions on that key or a
subkey such that the user under which you are running Microsoft Antispyware
(which may be Administrator) can't access it. This is essentially a bug or
weakness in the current beta version of Microsoft Antispyware.
Workarounds include scanning and removing with a different product--perhaps
Ewido, or an online antispyware/antivirus scanner of your choice--Trend
Micro's Housecall may be a good choice--or--for the knowledgable and
adventurous--taking ownership of that key and the subkeys, so that they are
accessable to the administrator user.
I'm intentionally not giving too many details here--work in the registy
entails very real risks--but if you need more advice or url's to find the
above tools, let me know.
try a full scan with MSAS in Safemode (F8 in bootup)
