spyware wont allow me to install toolbars

I recently had a popup that installed a bunch of
unwanted spyware and adware on my computer--which in fact
was not that kind of program at all. I think that I have
that taken care of with this beta spyware from Microsoft
and scanning, but now this microsoft spyware wont allow
my usual toolbars to show up. I install them, uninstall
and reinstall, all to find out that some spyware wont
allow this thru, that I have to get that information from
the spyware co. The toolbars have my original pop up
blocker and are from trusted sights that I have used for
a few years with no problems untill this one program for
adware installed itself on my computer. Anyhow, if
anyone can help me get my original toolbars by helping
configure the Microsoft spyware program, I would greatly
appreciate it. I want my computer to be all normal
again! HELP!

First eliminate any spyware.
