Spyware install

I downloaded the spyware and it does not appear to have
completely downloaded. The "System explorers" section is
blank. Is there a fix for this?

Are you running Norton Systemworks 2005?

If so, I don't know of a fix for this.

(in fact, even if not, I'm afraid--but I'd like to know anyway.)
