Spyware, i can't delet it! help!!

the Spyware is call Home search Assistent and

Frist i just try remove it in the control panel thing "Add or Remove
programs". But it didin't let me, it either froze or said can't open it. i
try to find it, but i could't. i try spyware software "freekind" and they
couldn't find it.

i am out of options, please help.
