Spyware fixes makes images on certain sites break

Hi there,

I just got done cleaning my system of all kinds of nasty
spyware. I used Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-aware, Hijack
This, and Spyware Guard, as well as downloading the latest
version of IE.

Now though, on sites like Google, Ebay, and Microsoft.com
all of the images come up broken.

Any way I can fix this?

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
