SPYWare called SP2

My PC has a spyware called Microsoft SP2. I have scanned my system with
Grisoft free and also Mcaffee but none of them can remove it or find
it. I have also used Windows Defender beta2 and it is also not good.

How do I get rid of this spyware? Could you give me step by step
instructions please as I am a bit slow to understand computerese. My
bank in Cambodia wants to install a patch to protect me but can't
because of this spyware.

Sorry, there is no spyware called Microsoft SP2.
Banking institutions do not usually offer patches.

Delete the file/ email that was sent from your "bank" immediately, then
contact them they will verify that it wasn't sent from them.
SP2 is your friend.
