G Guest Feb 28, 2006 #4 Windows Defender is neither an apple or an orange. And comparisons to same are insulting to the fruit! Defender is more like a pile of filth you would find in a compost heap. It certainly has done NOTHING for me apart from consume all my valuable time with no useful results.
