I see quite a bit to agree with there--but I'd like to hear the opinion when
IE7 ships, and this beta product isn't mentioned at all, unless I read too

Actually, they were sort of ridiculing the larger established companies who
have developed a severe case of myopia. I think they included Microsoft in

They definitely did, but I'm hoping that Microsoft is still nimble enough to
be able to get beyond the kind of thinking and development efforts they
critique.
