Spybot S&D - framedyn - rstrui - System Restore

A window titled SystemRestore:rstrui.exe - bad image

Inside the window:
The app or DLL C:\windows\system32\wbem\framedyn.dll is not a valid Windows
image. Please check against your installation diskette.

I've done my homework following the Search Results in this forum. Yesterday
when I ran:
msconfig
expand files
copied off of the CD \i386\framedyn.dl_
into C\windows\system32
SR worked great. I even had set up a new restore point.
Completely turned off puter last night.
Today, clicked SR on my start file and I got the message again about
rstrui.exe.
I was even working in the Safe Mode.
Now, the window comes up when I am right clicking My Computer

Can you help?

I did try your suggestion again (as I tried it last Friday). This time when
I got to:
Verify System Variables, #1, I got the Message I first quoted today -
rstrui.exe.......
I'm getting worried because I can't get System Restore to work.

While I'm waiting for a reply, I'll continue doing my homework. Thank you.
