I have 2 error messages I can't get to the bottom of 1: Application popup: 16
bit MS-DOS Subsystem : C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wmiprvse.exe
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\. A temporary file needed for initialization could not be
created or could not be written to. Make sure that the directory path exists,
and disk space is available. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
when I boot up, and the other is when I try to do a restore, to get rid of
this problem.
2: System Restore: rstrui.exe - Bad Image : The application or DLL
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem\framedyn.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please
check this against your installation diskette.
Can anyone help, Please

This 16bit subsytem come up at start up, if I try yo load a windows programme
it comes back, there are usually about 3 messages the same as if they are on
top of each other.
The other message is when I try to roll back the system, I managed to get
throught the roll back message, but no matter what date I use my system will
not roll back

You have come into someone elses thread dated 17 July - that is how I see
your thread and I see you are using the web interface - I am reading it
through newsgroups.
Try reposting as nobody has picked up your post, but choose a better header
like 'Event Error 26' - it may catch somebody's eye then.
Have you Googled - if not here is a link to an MS article;
