Spy Bot Removal

I am selling my computer and I can't seem to unistall the Spy Bot program. I click on the remove button in the Add/Remove and all that happens is that the Spy Bot program page pops up. Any suggestions?
 
Click on the "Uninstall" icon, in Start/All Programs under Spybot - Search &
Destroy.
I don't see a good reason for uninstalling it though.
