SPWIZENG.DLL Issue

I started a post a couple weeks ago on this issue and have narrowed down my
problem to SPWIZENG.DLL corruption. I have read all the posts on this issue
but do not see a resolution. Since the trial period has expired, I can't
find anywhere to download a new ISO. Since I can read and/or see all the
other files on the ISO, is this a bad ISO or just a bad file? Can I get a
replacement file for SPWIZENG.DLL or can some one tell me where I can get a
new download?
