spurious contacts folders listed in address book

Hi,
I have a case where there are several contacts folders listed in the address
book on a pc running w2k and office 2003. Unfortunately, two of the folders
are unavailable when you try to show the contacts therein. The error message
states that the folder has been moved or removed or there is a privelages
problem. This is not unlikely, however the question is: how do I get rid of
the instance of the folder in the address book???

Remove the address book service and then re-add it, to remove go to Tools >
Email Accounts > "View or change existing directories or address books" >
NEXT > highlight and remove the Outlook Address Book > Finish > repeat the
process but Add the OAB > close and restart Outlook
