No Address Book?

Hopefully this one won't be as obvious as my last post ;-)

Clicking the 'Address Book' icon gives me this message:

"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have
been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions."

Could someone step me through how I fix this please? And what is the
essential difference between an Address Book (which I apparently don't
have) and Contacts (which I clearly do have)?

In Address Book choose Tools->Options and remove the Contacts folder that
you no longer use. And add your new Contacts folder instead.

An Address Book can hold multiple address lists. Examples of address lists
are a Contacts folder, a Global Address List or an LDAP directory.

Thanks Robert, I'll have a crack at that soon.
