Setting contacts folder to be viewed as address book

R

Ramesh

Hi,

How do I set the contacts folder to be viewed as address book? If some of
the email ids in the contacts folder do not appear in the address book,
where could the problem be?

Thanks for any help.

In the properties of the folder. Any contact with a valid resolved
electronic address will appear. If they do not, you will have to provide
some actual information to troubleshoot further.

Thanks Russ. I dont quite understand why only a few addresses are not
appearing while the rest do. They are valid addresses for sure. They are
underlined,so i presume they are resolved too.

If they are resolved and if they appear in a folder you have enabled, they
will appear. Try opening and saving the Contact if they do not.
