When I press Ctrl+Alt+Del buttons, CPU Usage window
appears, so I can't restart my computer. What sould I do
to return Ctrl+Alt+Del function?
 
In XP, the Task Manager is what you get when you use Ctrl-Alt-Del.
If you wish to restart your computer:
Click Start
Click Shut down computer
Click Restart
