Spreadsheets on dual monitors

We have a user with two monitors who frequently stretches Excel 2007 to fill
both, then opens a sheet on each monitor. The problem is that if she closes
the sheet on the right hand monitor, then tries to open it on a single
monitor machine, the spreadsheet is so far to the right it can't be seen at
all. There is no scroll bar at the bottom. What keyboard combination or
ribbon features will push the spreadsheet back to the left where it can be
seen?

Found it:
CTRL+F7 performs the Move command on the workbook window when it is not
maximized. Use the arrow keys to move the window, and when finished press
ENTER, or ESC

In xl2003 menus, I'd use:
Window|arrange|tiled and resize.

In xl2007:
View tab|Window Group|Arrange All
