XL2007 Spreadsheet is hiding - how can I view and edit it?

A user created a speadsheet in Excel 2007 on a dual monitor machine, where
Excel was spread over both monitors. She sent the spreadsheet to another
user who saved it but when he opened it there is nothing showing on his
excel workspace, though the curser seems to be on cell A132. We have tried
restoring and maximizing Excel, View - Arrange All options, etc. Two other
people with a single and dual monitor system have no problems opening it. I
tried typing A1 into the cell name box, so now the curser is in that cell,
wherever it is hiding but the spreadsheet will not come into view! There
are no scroll bars to bring it into view either. Saving it as another name
then resending it to him did not work either. He can view it in print
preview mode.
Where is this spreadsheet hiding and how can he bring it into view?

It only lists the one spreadsheet, and doesn't make it come into view.
It isn't hidden either.

I looked this up - "CTRL+F10 maximizes or restores the selected workbook
window." and was skepical but it worked! What is strange is that there was
no minimized window at the bottom of the workspace.

Thanks for the advice,

You're welcome, have a great day! Sorry, but without examining the PC
closely, it's hard to say which edge of the screen it had been slid off of.
