spreadsheet to html

Does anyone know a spreadsheet that will save the file in 4.01 transitional
html?

I have Open Office (windows) but it isn't good for writing acceptable code
according to validation at W3c.

I update my pages 3 to 4 times a week with the spreadsheet code so I need a
spreadsheet for manipulation then changing it to html.

NVU for windows makes code that can be validated in tables but there is no
way to manipulate it (of course, it's not a spreadsheet...hahaha)

I need something in freeware because of limited income.

Generate the HTML file in Open Office and then use HTMLTidy to make the
HTML validate. I use the HTMLTidy module contained in Pspad.
