Spreadsheet slow on one PC but not another one

I have a Spreadsheet which performs very slow on one PC but not on other PC
with the same configuration.

The PC in problem is working at 98% CPU for 90 sec while the other PC only
work at 20 sec at 60% CPU,

I have reinstall the PC but still the same, Anybody can figure out why?
