spreadsheet no holding format

Need Help
Using Excel....XP OS....Office 2003

Make a spreadsheet on one computer and move to another
machine running identical OS and Office and the format of
the spreadsheet changes?????
 
What kind of format changes?

Are you using the same printer/printer driver?

Excel uses the printer driver to help figure out what should be displayed.
