ever since i installed a cannon mp360 printer spoolsv.exe
takes all my cpu resources on boot up until I cancel it
using task manager.
Any ideas how to overcome this????????

I would start with the Canon website - look at the FAQs
and/or see if there's a newer driver. You might even ask
their on-line advisor . . .
