spoolsv using all cpu and deleting offending print

spoolsv is running and using 99% cpu. It appears that a printjob from a
networked laptop (wireless) attempted to print a job in 3 months ago and is
still trying. Have tried deleting printjob. Says it's deleling but nothing
happens. Have tried deleting the printer. Says it's deleting but nothing
happens.
