I have a Dell E521 and a Dell 964 all-in-one printer. All of a sudden my
printer will not work with a message that the print spooler is turned off. I
have tried the printer troubleshooter and turned it back on repeatedly but if
I try to use the printer I keep getting the same message. I've tried
uninstalling the printer driver and reinstalling, I've tried disconnecting
the printer, and I've tried going to the DEP but nothing seems to work. How
can I get my print spooler subsystem application to work?
