Spooler SubSystem App

XP will not allow me to print, or to access any printer
preferences, add or delete any print drivers. The error
message indicates that the print spooler service has to
close and will not run. I manually restart it through the
control panel/services, but then it stops itself again 30-
60 seconds later.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
