Spooler Subsystem App

Can't print. Get error message "Spooler Subsystem App
has encountered a problem and needs to close". I found
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 324757 and followed
directions. Test page printer Ok. Went into Microsoft
Word to print a paper - no luck and I got the same error
message. Any clues???? Thanks.

I have just installed a printer which is connected to
another computer in my home network and got the same
problem.
The printer driver is there (you can change properties
and so on) but when the print job is requested comes up
the problem with the Spooler SubSystem App.
I add my question to Valerie's. What can be done?
