Spooler SubSystem App

Hello All,

When I try to run the "Home Networking Wizard" to
see if that corrects another problem I have concerning
shares, I get a "Spooler SubSystem App" error and must
close. In addition, I can no longer "see" or "add"
printers from "START / PRINTERS AND FAXES" or access my
printer until I re-boot.

Can you help me with this problem or direct me to a
better heading to post this under?

I have exactly the same problem. I tried contacting both
HP and Microsoft and neither can offer any help.
Any suggestions.
