spooler subsystem app

I have an error message about the above when I try to
print from my epson stylus c80, but not from other
printers. I was trying to use the epson with a new
service on my network that enables me to receive faxes by
email and to print them out. But up came the eror message.

It goes on, error signature
sz app name spoolsv.exe ver 5.1.2600
and more. I tried to reload drivers from my cd that came
with the computer but it didn't make any difference.
