spooler subsystem app

I just purchased new computer and one of the computers
keeps erroring spooler subsystem app error when I try and
connect to our network? Help?
 
Greetings Tammy,

Try stopping the spooler service before you run the Network Wizard.

1. Open the command prompt and type

"net stop spooler" (without quotes) and Press ENTER.

2. Then run the Network Wizard.

After you are finished, you can restart the service. Type "net start
spooler" at the command prompt.
