Spooler SubSystem App failure

I have a message that comes up each time now that
says: "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem
and needs to close." Could someone suggest a fix? I
can't get into Printer Properties to delete the drivers
and the printer doesn't print. Thanks for you help.

Your problem may be fixed as seen in MS Knowledgebase
