Spooler Service Crashes When You Submit a Print Job and an Event ID 7031 Message

Ok, I found KBA 820550 that references this problem, I
need the hotfix that they say exists, could someone
please email it to me. (e-mail address removed)

I know it is included in sp4, but the application that is
running on this server does not support sp4 yet.
