Spooler error when installing network printer remotely

M

Mark Z

When I try to install a Network printer remotely using the command
"rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /ga /c\\%1 /n\\%2", I get an error
saying "print spooler service not running/started". I know I am
putting in the command correctly, because it works on some PC's. The
service is definitely started on the target PC.

I have the same problem. Command works (without /c...) on actual workstation
but not remotely. Same result whether firewall on or off. Help please!
