Hi

I found on Microsoft's website that that you are an MVP in Outlook. I have
2 problems. Could you please help?

We upgraded a user from Outlook 2000 to Outolook 2003 and now she can't have
her screen split. For example, she used to have email on the left and the
folders on the right. Any idea on how to do this?

Do mean the Preview Pane? If so, it's been enhanced a bunch and renamed the
Reading Pane. There should be an entry for it on the View menu

To be totally honest, I am not sure. I found out about the changes after I
upgraded her. She says on the left she had her folders (inbos, calender,
contacts, etc.), then to the right of that she had her emails, then to the
right of that she had her calendar. Basically like a 3-page brochure?

Is this sound right? Is this possible?

Thanks

Hmmm, not sure but that sounds a little like the Outlook Today Page. If you
click on the root of the Personal Folders it'll show a unified page kind of
like that.
