split screen

Help,
I have a split screen and cannot get it to go back to
normal display. most is on top but a quarter of the
screen is on the bottom making it very difficult to operate

1) Try another monitor.
2) Check your refresh rate / resolution settings. Did you change
anything recently?
3) Most monitors have a vertical positioning setting. See if you can
tweak it.
