Split Form - Rows Missing in Datasheetafter UNDO of Delete

Using Access 2007 and a split form, I am experiencing an error when I select
1 or more rows from the split form datasheet and press the delete key. The
rows "disappear" from the display, as expected, and I am prompted with the
"You are about to delete..." dialog. If I click <No> to undo the delete, the
records come back but the 'active/enabled' rows in the datasheet does NOT
grow back to it's initial number.

Example: You have 5 records of data displayed in the datasheet and the
(New) rows at the bottom of this; yielding 6 'enabled' rows. If you select 2
rows and press the delete key, the 2 rows you selected will be deleted on the
display and you will see 4 'enabled' rows, and you will be prompted with the
"You are about to delete" dialog. If you click <No>, the dialog goes away
and your datasheet STAYS at only 4 'enabled' rows, but it does re-display the
2 you first selected to delete; the last 2 rows that WERE displaying are now
NOT displayed...

I can replicate this ALL the time with any split form on any of my tables
and within different databases.

I have NOT found any posting, note, etc. with a similar issue; and I have
looked!

ANY input on this greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Tomm

Tomm, thanks for posting. The behavior you describe looks like a bug.

I am able to reproduce what you describe, so I will try to bring it to the
attention of the Access team at Microsoft.

Thanks Allen... I did go to your site looking for info on this, thought for
sure if it was a bug it'd be there...

Thank you for trying to get this to MS...
