SpiWare will not allow be E-mail use on my PC

I'm having a problem with M/S SpiWare. I have tryed to
REMOVE it from my systems, but I get a message telling me
the Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. I
want to remove this product from my system so I can use
my internet connection and E-mail. Can anyone help me?

If your Internet connection has been disrupted after removing spyware, this
KB document should get it going again.

Once you are there, write back and we can work on the installer problem so
that you can uninstall.

.Go to add and remove, uninstall the program, then reboot your system.
