spider diagram

I am new to access and other database systems. I need to make a "work in
progress" spider diagram for my research and i am wondering if I can do this
with Access and if it is the database system that I should be using.

Any ideas?

Personally, I would use paper for a brainstorm type of diagram like this.
If you really want it to print nicely and be stored, it seems like
PowerPoint or Word (using lines and textboxes) would be better.

It is possible that I don't fully understand what you are trying to
accomplish.
