spelling & ignore original message

In Outlook 2003 PL the option for ignoring original message's text while
checking spelling should ignore the original message already from the inlined
header:

-----Original message-----
From: ...

Maybe it works for purely Polish settings, but I use Polish dictionary in
Polish Outlook with English flags, tags, and headers set on [Tools -> Options
-> Mail format -> Int'l options -> Use English names for flags etc.] and such
a combination yields a spelling error at "Original message." It's very
bothersome.

This also happens in the US edition when using Word as email editor. The
option works when using the Outlook email editor.
