Spelling file in MS Word was missing.

My computer was not catching the spelling errors. When I clicked on spell
check a box popped up that said the spelling file was missing. It had .dll
after the file name.
Any idea what to do????
 
I think we need some additional details. What was the file name of the
missing file? What version of Word are you using? What patches have
been installed? What is the full error message
