spelling and grammer are being skipped

I have a user that is now recieving this error on her emails. The spelling
and grammer check is complete. Text marked with "Do not check spelling or
grammer" was skipped. How do I find which words are marked for skipping?

Outlook 03 with Exchange Server

Tools - Options - Spelling lists four different Ignore options which is my
first thought. Or some of your text has been marked as not to be checked
through Tools - Language -Set Language -Do not check spelling or grammar
check box. You'd need to compose a message and select the text. Does the
user have an auto-sig configured? Does the user get the error on a new
message (not a reply) that has a single word in it?

All that seems to be ok. But I did shut off her auto sig and she hasn't had
a problem so far. Maybe there is an issue with something in that.
