Spell Checking

Microsoft Outlook 2000.

I am having problems with my spell checker.

when I try to run it, it comes up with the error message 'Error occurred

While checking spelling' but then nothing else. it doesn't give me an

error code and the only option I am given is 'OK'. When I press that it

I am wondering if you have it set to your language?

Perhaps you should choose another, close then come back
into it and choose the proper one then close again. See if
you have any changes when you reopen.
Just a thought.

focus to a suitable group.
(cn = chinese, de = german, jp = japanese, etc. choose your own language)
anyway can you check event viewer?
If you can find error on event viewer post event id and source.
