Spell Checking Upper Case Words

I am having a problem getting spell check in Outlook 2003 to recognize words
typed in upper case that are not spelled correctly.

Anyone ever see this happen before, any thoughts?

Silly question, but did you check the setting at Tools > Options > Spelling
to see how Outlook treats words in all uppercase?
