What are you trying to say? You can not upgrade Netscape (browser)
to an operating system (Windows XP). Are you saying that you are
now using MSIE instead of Netscape and you've lost the spell check
ability?
Neither Windows XP nor Internet Explorer have built in spell checking.
IE will use MS Word or MS Office spell checking if either is
installed. You can download and install a free spell checker for IE
as there are several available.
