spell check

The problem i am having is with the speel check in word. i am running xp and have two accounts on it. one is fine but the other when you run the spell check the pop up box does not open. it just highlights the word and doesnt even gove any options. the user for the account has no idea what she could have possible done using it and having it work fine just a day earlier. i ran the detect and repair and it didnt do anything. Thanks for the help
