Spell Check

My spell check and autocorrect is not working at all in any document. I can
type out any mispelling and its not being picked either by automatic spell
check or if I start spell check. I tried checking all of the settings in
proofing but everything seems fine. How can I fix this so that the
spellcheck and autocorrect will work?
